The Beauty Crew for You
Salon Owner & Stylist
I began my career as a stylist here at the Harbour Club in 2002. One of my main passions is to understand the needs of each client and focus my skills on making them feel confident with their hair. I specializes in balayage, bridal styling, bridal make up and natural wearable hair. Although hair is my passion I also love to develop lasting relationships with my clients. I pride myself on understanding the needs of my clients in order to create a look that is achievable for them.
Since graduating from The Health and Style Institute in 2016 I have gained a passion for creating dimensional blondes. From highlighting with foils to free hand balayage, I am able to meet your hair goals while always making the integrity of your hair my first priority. As a younger stylist I stay up to date with the latest trends and attend advanced classes to learn new techniques. I continuously update my instagram page with current photos of my work. Follow @hairbydrew_sapp to see my latest transformations.
I moved to St. Augustine Florida from Southern California in 1990. It was there that I decided to pursue my career as a stylist. I was fortunate enough to study with a team from Italy & Australia where I learned a variety of techniques and skills. Some of my specialties are razor/texture cuts, multi-dimensional color, balayage, highlights, straightening treatments and waxing. For the last 19 years of my career I’ve owned two successful salons. I understand the importance of making sure my clients feel heard and cared for and creating a look that fits their lifestyle. When I am not being creative in the salon I love surfing with my family and being outdoors in the sunshine!
Colorist & Makeup Artist
My heart and passion has always been in the artistry field, constantly seeking education. With 14 years experience as a makeup artist, I sought more training and expanded my services to include hair. I specialize in color, designing dimensional and custom formulas to the specific needs of my clients. Whether it be hair color services, makeup for your special day, or an in-depth lesson to enhance your own makeup application skills, I look forward to bringing all your visions to life!
After graduating from Paul Mitchell the school in 2010, I quickly found a salon to call home in Connecticut; where I grew up. I was able to attend many advanced classes in cutting, coloring, and styling while there. In 2015 I moved from Connecticut and planted roots in Wilmington. My passion is cutting- from pixies to bobs to long layers; I specialize in both scissor and razor cutting. I also enjoy creating beautiful, dimensional color.
While in my chair, I hope to create a custom look to suit every client’s needs.
Growing up I’ve always done some kind of art. The first time I did a haircut, the process just seemed to naturally make sense to my brain, and I’ve been obsessed ever since. I was raised around my mother’s salon, so being in any salon in general inspires me and I feel right at home. Surfing and my relationship with the ocean inspires me to create a look for clients that move with a natural flow, and with original style. My contribution to a great cut is one of the most satisfying feelings, I truly feel that everyone should have a haircut they love and are proud of.
I began my career in massage therapy after graduating from Body Therapy Institute in 1999. My strong sense of customer service is focused on tailoring each massage to best fit the needs and desires of the individual client. My specialties and certifications include: Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release Techniques, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Bamboo- Fusion, Fertility Massage, Massage Cupping and Thai Massage.
A graduate of Miller-Motte College of Massage Therapy, I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2013. An injury filled career as a tennis professional led me to massage therapy in the mid-nineties, and in 2000 I had the fortunate experience of working at Sedona Racquet Club & Spa in Arizona where I began learning about the benefits of therapeutic massage. Now, I practice Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, and neuromuscular therapy to help my clients who suffer from chronic pain, injuries, or just need to relax.
I have been practicing massage therapy at the Harbour Club Day Spa and Salon since June 2008. Originally from California, I moved to North Carolina in 1990 and became a graduate of Coastal Carolina Institute of Massage and Body Work in 2001. My specialties and certifications include Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Prenatal Massage.
Ever since I was little I have been surrounded by the beauty industry. In 2012, at the age of 18, I graduated high school and was the youngest student at The Academy of Nail Technology in Arizona. At the end of July 2017 my husband and I moved to Wilmington NC so that I could follow my dream of becoming a marine biologist. In March of 2018 I was welcomed to the family here at Harbour Club. I love what I do and I always feel like it is a job well done when my clients walk away feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Since I was young I was always interested in the beauty industry, there was nothing better than going to get pampered at a salon. In 2017 I became a licensed manicurist in the state of Michigan, and I quickly found a salon where I built my clientele completely. In September 2020, my husband and I decided to move to Wilmington for a new adventure. I specialize in natural nails and nail art, my main goal is to keep your natural nails healthy. I have been a part of the Harbour Club family since 2009. Although I originally went to school for dental assisting, I have really found my home here thanks to the unique family environment. I have truly grown through learning the business side of our operations, and love using my creativity to come up with visually attractive displays, unique promotions and innovative ways to bring new clients in to the salon.
I joined the Harbour Club in November of 2014. I believe that having a positive personality and energy help me to create a great experience for our customers. Originally from Charlotte North Carolina, I attended Appalachian State University and graduated with a degree in public relations in May of 2012. I enjoy coordinating weddings and events for the Harbour Club as well as maintaining our social media posts.
Receptionist & Event Coordinator
I moved to Wilmington in 2009 and joined the Harbour Club in 2015 while attending CFCC. I love being the first face you see when you walk through the door and getting to know each and every client. Not only do I take pride in knowing all of our regulars, I also have a knack for organizing, and making, all of our weddings and events special. During my down time I enjoy hanging out with my friends and traveling.
I have been a part of the Harbour Club Family since 2017 and am currently enrolled in UNCW on track to obtain my degree in nursing. I truly enjoy working up front and forming relationships with clients as well as employees. I love to babysit on the weekends and assist stylists when I am not working at the desk. I am an extremely driven person and my ultimate goal in life is to become a nurse anesthetist.
