Meet Our Managers
I have been a part of the Harbour Club family since 2009. Although I originally went to school for dental assisting, I have really found my home here thanks to the unique family environment. I have truly grown through learning the business side of our operations, and love using my creativity to come up with visually attractive displays, unique promotions and innovative ways to bring new clients in to the salon.
Cressa Williamson
Manager
I joined Harbour Salon and Spa in November of 2014. I believe that having a positive personality and energy helps me create a great experience for our customers. Originally from Charlotte North Carolina, I attended Appalachian State University and graduated with a degree in public relations in May of 2012. I enjoy maintaining the marketing aspect of the business as well as creating content for our social media posts.
Alex Young
Assistant Manager
I moved to Wilmington in 2009 and joined the Harbour Salon and Spa team in 2015 while attending CFCC. I love being the first face you see when you walk through the door and getting to know each and every client. Not only do I take pride in knowing all of our regulars, I also have a knack for organizing, and making all of our weddings and events special. During my down time I enjoy hanging out with my friends and traveling.
Moriah Baucom
Wilmington Front Desk Manager
I moved to Wilmington to go to college at UNCW in 2021, and graduated in May of 2023 with my bachelors in business management with a concentration in hospitality, tourism, and leadership. I joined the Harbour team shortly after moving to Wilmington and started out as a receptionist at the Wilmington location. I have since been able to help meet customers and get to know our service providers at both locations after joining the Hampstead team last May. Outside of work I love the beach, sports, and traveling. I spend any of my free time with my family and enjoy cooking for them and my friends. My favorite parts of my job is meeting the great people in the area and getting to assist with the catering for our events!
